To create a customer’s account, you can click on the top right “sign in” button on our marketplace website
Fill in the required information: your first and last name, e-mail address and then set a password. Finally, please select the “sign up” button located below the registration form.

To change your password, login and click on the ⚙️gear icon on the top right corner of the page and click on the “Sign in and Security” button. Then click on 🖊️ pen icon to change your password.

Click on “Sign In” button top right corner of the page and then click on “Reset Password”. Enter your account email and we will send you a retrieval e-mail with further instructions. Make sure to check your spam folder too.

To change or remove your credit card info, login and click on the ⚙️gear icon and click on “Payment Settings”. Then click on the ☰ menu icon and you can change or remove your card.

Orders

You can pay with your credit card (AX, Visa, Master Card or Discover). Payments are made in USD, CAD. You can change on the top right corner of the page to the desired currency at anytime during your shopping. If your local currency is other than mentioned above, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at its rate of exchange.

As soon as you place an order, we send the confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address used to place it. If you can’t find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there. If you are still not able to find it, please email us at support@geekit.app

In order to use a discount code, you just need to enter the code in the box located below the order details during checkout.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add multiple discount codes to the same order.

The most common cases of credit card declines are due to insufficient funds, expired date, CVC is wrong or stolen/locked credit card.
Please take in mind that we do not accept some gift credit card that doesn’t have a name associate with the card.

You can track the status of your order via the order confirmation email we sent you after your purchase.

Once an order is placed you won’t be able to cancel the order. However if an order is defectuous, we will be able to send you another one or refund you the cost within 5 days after the claim is made to support@geekit.app

The estimated time of delivery depends on the manufacturing process, as well as shipping and handling. At the moment, it takes 1-4 weeks.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL, UPS, USPS, SF express, Canada Post or FedEx shipping companies depending on the country of shipment.

Geek-it! Sellers

Making a seller account is free however we charge a commission of 10% + 0.5$ on each purchase.

To become a Geek-it! seller, you only need to have Shopify and we will be taking care of the rest.

Login into your Shopify store, click on “App”, select “Geek-it”. Simply scroll down to ” Update icon and cover image of your shop” section and add icon and banner image.
Please take in mind that icon are 400 by 400 and banners are 1200 by 600

Login into your Shopify store, click on “App”, select “Geek-it”. Simply click on “select product” on the top right corner of the page to add products that you want to sell on Geek-it.

To delete a product, login into your Shopify store, click on “App”, select “Geek-it”.
Scroll down to “Products added to GEEK-IT!” Select products that you want to remove from the marketplace then click on “Action” button and select “Delete”

The price of the product is the same as the price displayed on your Shopify store. Same goes for any discount in your Shopify store.
We are currently working on a separate price system.

For US and Canada ONLY, sellers can add a nexus address for collecting product tax.

Seller will receive payment directly through Stripe Connect when a purchase is complete.

Orders are directly showed inside your Shopify store under “Orders” tab. An email notification is also send out to your email when an order is placed.
Geek-it! Influencers

As an influencer you can earn up to 10% in commission by partnering with Geek-it!

No, the influencer program is 100% free.

You will receive money via PayPal once you earn at least $20. You will receive a payment at the end of each months of reaching the minimum requirement of 20$
